Mucus Prevents Absorbtion & Creates Fat-Free Juice Recipe & Tips

Imagine your body is a car. It needs combustible energy, viscosity, and elimination lest the system becomes dirty, exhausted, and lacks performance. Green drink

Bail of Spinach

Lots of cilantro

1 or two branches of celery

A bit of garlic

2 hands full of pineapple

2 red apples

4 oranges

3 limes

Play with combo of orange to lime to taste.

add water

Strain

If you can, add coconut water. Fills your belly up and adds all the electrolytes our bodies need.

Red drink

1 beet

2 red apples

2 large carrots

2 hands full of pineapple

4 oranges

3 limes

hunk of ginger

1 big red onion

4 cloves of garlic

bee pollen

raw organic honey to taste. Maybe add lime or orange to taste.

Add water

Strain

If you can, add coconut water. Fills your belly up and adds all the electrolytes our bodies need.
